is a CPA, whom is Accredited in Business Valuations and Certified in Financial Forensics with more than 20 years of sophisticated taxation, accounting, valuation, litigation support, forensic accounting and consulting experience. Mrs. Marino’s experience includes more than 15 years in public accounting including approximately ten years with a Big Five public accounting firm as a Tax Senior Manager and approximately five years as an Advisory Services Senior Manager in Irvine, California. In her past roles, Mrs. Marino focused on income tax consulting and compliance, tax research, tax controversies, business valuations, forensic accounting, projection of lost profits and diminished goodwill, fraud investigations, stockholder and partner disputes, asset tracing, business interruption, mediation and arbitration proceedings, due diligence, financial reporting/statement analysis and projections, and tax and financial criminal investigations.
Mrs. Marino also has three years of experience as an international tax consultant for a Fortune 50 telecommunications company. In this role, Mrs. Marino researched international tax issues, provided ad hoc consulting support and assisted in international tax compliance.
