is a CPA whom has earned a Master’s Degree in Taxation and has more than five years of industry experience in compiling financial statements, handling bank reconciliations, analyzing general ledger accounts, assessing multi-state sales and use taxes, and preparing financial reports. Drawing from her diverse array of experience and stellar education, Ms. Dahal is comfortable working with both business clients and individuals. In the corporate context, Ms. Dahal has experience working with monthly financial reports, accounts, receivable, payroll, and tax obligations. Ms. Dahal is experienced in addressing foreign tax and offshore tax issues frequently faced by immigrants and expatriates. Currently she is involved with all aspects of our client’s needs including, tax and accounting consulting, tax planning, compliance and controversy representation involving, all domestic and international entity structures including, C and S Corporate returns, Individual tax preparation, Trusts and International Tax and Information Compliance. She supports our clients through participation in all offshore Voluntary Disclosure programs including OVDI, Streamlined and Delinquent Information reporting with penalty abatement.
