Susan Clay – CPA Candidate & Staff Tax Accountant
The Tax Law Office of David W. Klasing welcomes Susan Clay, Staff Tax Accountant, to our award-winning tax and accounting firm. A hard-working, successful salon manager in search of new professional challenges, Ms. Clay obtained an accounting certificate from Orange Coast College in 2016 before going on to earn her degree in accounting from CSU in 2019.
As a former participant in the IRS “VITA” program, Ms. Clay generously volunteered her time to provide federal income tax preparation services to low-income taxpayers free of cost. Ms. Clay also has experience preparing personal and corporate income tax returns for small business entities, independent contractors, college students, and other individual taxpayers. Additionally, Ms. Clay assists small businesses with payroll and bookkeeping needs. Her background in payroll and income tax preparation is strengthened by her management experience, which enables Ms. Clay to help all types of entities effectively develop and implement cost-efficient internal controls and procedures.
