Richard Le Dang is an accountant with hands-on experience in reconstructive accounting, tax return preparation, payroll processing, and federal, state, and local tax compliance for individuals and business entities. He is bilingual in Vietnamese and English and is certified in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
He has served as CAS Staff at Richardson Kontogouris Emerson LLP, where he maintained and reconciled complete general ledgers (prepaids, accruals, depreciation, reclasses), reviewed monthly financial statements for close, prepared comparative budget/forecast reports, processed client documents for accuracy, and filed sales tax, gross receipts tax, and 1099 forms.
From November 2021 to December 2022, Richard worked at the Tax Law Offices of David W. Klasing, first as a Staff Accountant and then as a Senior Accountant. He completed full reconstructive accounting when records were incomplete, prepared federal and state returns for individuals and businesses, ensured compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, trained new employees and interns, worked directly with auditors to bring clients back into tax compliance, and assisted clients with IRS, EDD, and CDTFA matters. Earlier, as an Accountant at Renaissance Entry Doors (February 2019–June 2023), he processed journal entries, corrected accounting records, and performed payroll duties to ensure timely, accurate processing.
Mr. Le Dang earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting from California State University, Dominguez Hills, in 2020.
