If the IRS discovers that you have an “unreported bank account,” which is one that was not reported to the IRS, not reported on your Form 1040 income tax return or other return, then the government may conduct a civil IRS examination and, from there, the IRS might refer the matter to its Criminal Division for Prosecution, if fraud is suspected.

Offices outside these areas are serviced via commercial jet airlines. None of these costs are charged to our clients.
