We offer flexibility in work hours to allow our staff to commute either before or after the major traffic patterns in and out of Irvine. We DO NOT gear up and gear down around tax seasons and offer stable long term employment as controversy and planning is year round tax work where tax compliance and planning is seasonal. We pay time and one half for overtime to our professionals and do not put our staff on salary and whip them for production during peak times of year and then lay them off as a reward.
