Beginning her accomplished career as a tax manager in 1989, business consultant Suzanne Daley brings nearly three decades of sophisticated tax and accounting experience to our team at the Tax Law Office of David W. Klasing. A graduate of San Jose State University, Mrs. Daley has provided tax management and tax supervision services on behalf of over half a dozen California-based sophisticated, tax-focused, boutique CPA firms as well as 12+ years at a Big Four public accounting firm , giving her clients invaluable financial insights into industry-specific tax challenges facing business owners, foreign corporations, multinational corporations, and flow-through (pass-through) entities such as limited liability companies (LLCs) and S corporations.
Equipped with years of experience managing all aspects of the tax compliance process, Mrs. Daley is qualified to provide a wide array of consulting services to business owners, public entities, and private companies, ranging from general tax and financial planning to tax controversy and dispute resolution.
